The battery should be firmly secured in the cradle.
The cable clamps/lead wire contact should be proper. |

The top of the battery must be kept clean and dry . Petroleum jelly/vaseline should be applied to cable clamps and terminals. Never apply grease. |

Top up only with distilled water maintaining the level
at the ‘max’ line .Never add acid. |
|
Keep the vent plugs tightly closed. |
|
Do not allow the vent hose in the motorcycle battery
to be folded, pinched or melted by the exhaust system. |
|
Get your vehicle’s electrical system regularly checked.
Especially the regulator voltage setting. |

Get your battery serviced regularly from your nearby authorized SF Sonic dealer. |
